Our Ability Online Programme for adults was initiated to help combat isolation during the pandemic. Groups of 8 adults met with a teacher online, 3 times per week for 1-hour classes, covering topics such as Conversation Skills, Relationships and Politics. From listening to our adult members, this has been developed, adding new programmes - Music, Movies, and Healthy Living and Wellbeing, offered twice per week, either morning or evening. This offers our members the opportunity to continue lifelong learning and to develop their social skills through meeting new people, at different times, from any location. All material is presented in an accessible, easy-read format.
