En platform til samarbejde mellem foreninger, borgere og politikere, der arbejder sammen for at fejre World Down syndromedag for at synliggøre det intellektuelle handicap generelt og personer med trisomi 21 i særdeleshed (mest almindelige intellektuelle handicap af genetisk oprindelse, også kaldet Downs syndrom ).
